today was a busy day... as karen did not come to school so i do lor... ok.. the class was fun!! they are doing their job too... so its fine.... hmm... after work.. go to teach basketball again... hmm this time only 15 player more easy to coach lor... i change my planning hope they can adapt to it... mr soh come and speak to me about their progress but i think they can still improve more.. i realise mr soh is concering about bbaalll now!! and i am grateful to him too....lolz... ok... hmm darren tong this time got come down and heard from roy they all he gt focused on training and tats good... but hope to see more.. but surprsingly i can see my sec 1 cannot endure the training and vomit out... although its disgusting but i felt happy not because i crazy or wat... because as a coach u see them vomit that mean they are doing the training and it is a good programme..haha.... hmm now is to hope my c and b can do well for their tourament lor....
